Originally from tropical Far North Queensland, Australia. I proudly served in the Royal Australian Navy for six years, participating in multiple deployments and later I transitioned to the plumbing industry in which I’ve worked since. Eventually, I moved back to my hometown to be closer to family and follow my passion for martial arts by opening a small Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym for kids and adults. Today, I am an enthusiastic BJJ practitioner and teacher and I continue to work part time in plumbing.

My interest in Bitcoin began in late 2017, leading me down a deep rabbit hole of Austrian economics, the history and definitions of money and the intricacies and methods behind Bitcoin security and self-custody. I understand that for a newcomer owning and securing Bitcoin can be daunting and present a steep learning curve for many individuals, especially in an environment that is developing at such a rapid pace. I am super excited to share my expertise and insights into the Bitcoin ecosystem and pass on the fundamentals needed to navigate this ecosystem in a safe and secure manner. My aim is to help people transition smoothly into becoming confident & proactive Bitcoin HODLers.

Outside of my professional life, I spend a lot of my spare time outdoors playing guitar, camping, fishing, and reading.
